Biotin: Biotin is an ingredient that’s used to produce keratin, the protein that’s found in hair and nails and can aid in supporting hair and nail growth.
Silica: Derived from bamboo, silica supports healthy skin, hair and nails.
Iodine: Iodine is commonly used to support healthy thyroid function and the production of thyroid hormones.
Vitamin C: A potent antioxidant that’s derived from acerola cherry and helps protect the hair and nails from oxidative stress and free radical damage.
GUT5Y-4™: The Beauty Chef’s own exclusive probiotic strain that provides millions of organisms to supercharge this blend for optimum results.
Directions of use: Take 2 capsules daily, with water or as professionally prescribed. Store below 25ºC in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use if tamper evidence seal is broken. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women, or women likely to become pregnant. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains phenylalanine which is naturally present in Ascophyllum nodosum (kelp).
